9.1 Generate a PIN

1.Click the Generate PIN icon .

2.The following example window will appear:

 

 

Once a PIN has been activated, the case will appear on the Manage Patient Accounts page.  See Section 10.5 Manage Patient Accounts for more information on how to deactivate or reactivate patient access to their  case or how to reprint a PIN.
